OUR SERVICES
NDE is working in the engineering industry, shipbuilding, shiprepair, inspections and tests, with particular reference to issues related to welding. We are also able to cope with considerable technical skills to structural testing both industrial and civil. Since 1999 the company has been certified UNI EN ISO 9002 by Lloyd's Register Quality Assurance.
The matured experience in different sectors allows the development of control techniques aimed to particular requests of the purchaser; in some cases, specific researches for each product and material have been developed in order to optimize the control parameters.
In particular, the NDE develops procedures for nondestructive testing and welding procedures qualification. All techniques are performed by certified and high-performance instrumentation, whose calibration is checked periodically.
We are accredited by the major Classification Societies including: RINA. - DNV - Lloyd's Register - ABS as a company authorized the execution of naval thickness with release of reports in accordance with international standards (IACS Unified Requirements).
N.D.E. S.a.s. is accreditated ISO 9002 (cert. IT-14973 e 4185/00) through RINA S.p.A.
The Society employs highly specialized personnel having the 2nd and 3rd level CICPND (Italian Center for Coordination of Non-destructive testing) - UNI EN 47 for performing non destructive testing on Welded and Concrete structures.
